Privacy Policy
Get Call Bridge Ltd ("we", "us") builds and operates software products including SocialBridge (social media analytics), BridgeHR (HR & payroll), RequestHub (procurement & approvals) and CallBridge (softphone & call centre), together with the getcallbridge.org website and live chat. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, work email, company name and phone number you provide when registering a trial or when your administrator creates your login.
- Product data — information you or your organisation enter into our products (for example employee records in BridgeHR or purchase requests in RequestHub). Your organisation is the controller of this data; we process it to provide the service.
- Social media data (SocialBridge) — when you connect a social account through the platform's official sign-in (Meta, Google/YouTube, X or TikTok), we receive, with your explicit consent, analytics data for the pages, profiles and channels you choose: follower counts, reach, impressions/views, engagement metrics and the performance of your published posts. We do not receive your social media passwords, we do not read private messages, and we do not post on your behalf.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and reliability.
2. How we use data
- To provide, secure and improve the products you or your organisation subscribe to.
- To display your own analytics back to you (SocialBridge dashboards and reports).
- To contact you about your trial, licence or support requests.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your social media data for advertising or share it with third parties, other than the service providers who host our infrastructure.
3. Legal basis & storage
We process data on the basis of contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security, service communications) and consent (connecting social accounts — which you may withdraw at any time by disconnecting the account). Data is stored on secured servers within the UK/EEA. Each customer workspace runs in its own isolated database.
4. Data retention & deletion
Trial workspaces that are not converted to a licence may be deleted after expiry. Licensed customers' data is retained for the duration of the contract and deleted on termination upon request.
Deleting your data (including data obtained from Meta, Google, X or TikTok): you can (a) remove any connected social account from SocialBridge (Accounts → Remove), which deletes its stored analytics from your workspace immediately; or (b) email info@getcallbridge.org from your registered address asking for account or workspace deletion — we action such requests within 30 days and confirm in writing. You can also revoke SocialBridge's access at any time in the platform's own settings (e.g. Facebook Settings → Business integrations).
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us at info@getcallbridge.org.
